Fraud Investigation - A Claims Handler's guide, 3rd edition, is a joint publication with Crawford & Company. It is a comprehensive reference tool covering the key issues in fraud investigation. The revised edition includes changes in legislation and case law, as well as additional comment and observations by the authors.
