Kennedys’ Corporate Recovery Team have wide-ranging experience of all rescue, reconstruction and insolvency procedures. There are often issues particular to a type of business that arise when a company is in financial difficulty or default and our team has a wide range of sector experience to meet the differing needs and requirements. We act for a wide range of clients from accountants, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions to financially distressed corporations. In addition, the corporate recovery team has considerable experience in tracing orders and are well known for their fraud and confiscation work.
Insurance insolvency
We have recognised experience in insurance company insolvencies where most of our work involves restructuring and run-off. In addition, we advise creditors of insolvent insurance companies on the proposed scheme of arrangements as well as on trade indemnity policies.
