Kennedys has acted for insurers in motor matters for many years. We act for composite insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, brokers and claims handlers as well as self insured national public transport companies and local authorities.

We assist our clients on policy matters and indemnity disputes as well as defending personal injury cases. Our Liability Unit is based in London and Essex and has extensive experience in acting in such claims. Our London office is specifically instructed by our clients in large loss and catastrophic injury cases. Our Essex office receives a broad range of instructions from the most serious injury case to minor injury claims.
